Description
Get the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification for Illinois and/or the City of Chicago FSSMC (Food Service Sanitation Manager’s Certificate) license – with an on-line course. A proctored in-person exam is included in the cost, and includes the option of an in-person review during any of our publicly scheduled courses. You may also schedule your exam, without a review, at a mutually convenient time and location in the Chicagoland area. Choose either a traditional pencil/paper exam or a supervised on-line option.
A passing score of 75%, after the completion of our approved course,provides your certification for the next five years.
Your exam is certified by ANSI-CFP (American National Standards Institute – Council on Food Protection) – and accepted by most state health departments(including Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana). Please note the City of Chicago Department of Public Health also requires a licensing application upon successful testing, and we will provide the documents needed at the testing site.
