Participants can choose from the ServSafe or National Registry (NR FSP) or Always Food Safe national certification exams. These exams comply with the ANSI Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and are accepted by most local & state licensing boards to meet public health requirements for food safety licensing.

It is convenient to public transportation, with paid parking nearby. Preparation for the proctored licensing examination begins at 3:15 p.m., and a complimentary review begins at 2:30 p.m..
