Description

Take this proctored food licensing test (after completion of an approved 8 hour course) and earn the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) for Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. In Chicago, this test is also needed for the FSMC (Food Service Manager’s Certificate) license.  A person-in-charge with these credentials is required to be on-site when food is prepared/served.    Our CFPM testing program also meets the public health department requirements, although called  by different names, in Indiana (Certified Food Handlers License ) and Wisconsin (Food Manager Certification).

Participants can choose from the ServSafe or National Registry (NR FSP) or Always Food Safe national certification exams. These exams comply with the ANSI Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and are accepted by most local & state licensing boards to meet public health requirements for food safety licensing.

The proctored exam will be given in downtown Chicago at 400 S State Street in the Harold Washington 6th floor north meeting room.
It is convenient to public transportation, with paid parking nearby. Preparation for the proctored licensing examination begins at 3:15 p.m., and a complimentary review begins at 2:30 p.m..
