This is the required ANSI-CFP (American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection) -approved exam for a NRFSP or ServSafe on-line course. This fee includes the test, proctoring and review. Please call (773) 401-3244 if the test was already been purchased when taking the on-line course.
Preparation and review for the test begins at 2:30 p.m.. The licensing exam is administered at 3:30 p.m.. A picture I.D., and proof of completion of on-line training must be presented at the course. The examination can be taken on paper or on-line if bringing a laptop.
The testing location is at the North Shore Holiday Inn; 5300 West Touhy (1/2 mile west of Interstate 94 in northern suburbs).
