Description
Complete this proctored food licensing test (after an approved 8 hour course) and get the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) for Illinois. The Chicago FSSMC (Food Service Sanitation Manager’s Certificate) license requires the same course and exam. In most states, a Certified Food Protection Manager must be on-site when food is prepared/served. Our CFPM testing program qualifies the Person-In-Charge for this responsibility. Public health department in many states require the same certification of managers. For example, in Indiana, the same certification goes by a different name – Certified Food Handlers License. And, in Wisconsin, this exam is called the Food Manager Certification.
Choose either the ServSafe or Always Food Safe (AFS) national licensing exam. Both tests comply with the ANSI Conference for Food Protection (CFP) requirements for the person-in-charge. Most local & state licensing boards for food safety licensing accept these exams
