How can Certified Food Safety Programs help your food operation?

Certified Food Safety Programs provides managers and food handlers with required coursework and proctored testing to get the credentials they need for public health requirements.

Courses are available in convenient locations, on Mondays or Saturday around the Chicago area. Proctored testing is available at classes or at our office in the western Chicago suburb of Roselle – 490 West Lake Street. Private classes can also be arranged at your facility.

Maureen Leahy, RDN, LD has been helping food operations meet food code regulations since 1987, and has been a certified instructor and exam proctor since 2004. As a Certified Food Safety consultant, Maureen Leahy can assist restaurants, nursing homes, schools in food safety compliance.
